Greg is committed to making an impact both on the field and off. He is actively involved in community activities in Seattle as well as his hometown of Cincinnati. An organization that is particularly close to Greg’s heart is Boys Hope Girls Hope, a program that helps underprivileged children meet their full potential by providing value-centered, family-style homes and educational opportunities. Greg is a Boys Hope Girls Hope alum who came to BHGH as a 13 year old. The program helped Greg become the person he is today. Greg has remained close to Boys Hope Girls Hope and returns to Cincinnati frequently to mentor current scholars and participate in the annual Hearts for Hope Gala.

Each summer, Greg and other NFL players participate in the Pro Football Camp in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The mission of Pro Football Camp is to encourage and inspire youth to develop into the very best athletes and people they can be. Campers are coached by NFL Athletes, a certified speed agility trainer, and have a 12:1 ratio between participants and coaches. The camp includes daily “Off the Field” talks with NFL athletes to teach character qualities that relate to both football and life. This year the camp runs from July 14-16, 2015. Boys and Girls ages 7-14 are welcome to attend and scholarships are available for qualified participants. Click the link to learn more about Pro Football Camp.
